Thank you for your interest in the 2nd International Conference on Biomolecules. We are delighted to welcome you to our official registration portal. Below, you will find all the necessary information regarding registration categories, fees, deadlines, payment methods, invoices, cancellations, and invitation letters.

The 2nd International Conference on Biomolecules is officially organized by the University of Lorraine (l’Université de Lorraine). The registration process and fee collection are managed in technical collaboration with the Bioencapsulation Research Group (BRG). For this reason, the registration platform is hosted on the BRG domain, and all payments are processed by BRG on behalf of the event.

Please note that this administrative arrangement does not affect the official organization of the conference, which remains under the full responsibility of the University of Lorraine.

How to register?

To register for an event, you first need to create a personal user account on our website.

Step 1: Create Your User Account

If you don’t have an account yet, please visit our registration page and complete the sign-up form.

Verify Your Email Address

Important: You will need to verify your email address before you can log in and access your account.

Step 2: Log In to Your Account

Once your account is active, log in to access the Member Area. Here you can:

  • Register for upcoming events
  • View your past event registrations
  • Update your contact, profile, and login information
  • Manage your newsletter preferences

Step 3: Register for an Event

In the event list, select the event you'd like to attend and begin the registration process. You’ll be able to:

  • Choose your participant class
  • Select your preferred meal option / nutrition form
  • Indicate if you will attend the conference dinner

* Accompanying Person: Registration must be completed with the participant’s registration. Accompanying persons do not have access to scientific sessions. Lunches, coffee breaks, and social activities are included. Gala dinner participation is available upon payment.

Not Included

Transport to the venue and accommodation (must be booked separately).

How to Pay?

While logged in, select the Payment & invoice submenu in the event registration.

You may pay by:

  • Credit Card
  • Bank Transfer or Check drawn on a French Bank (Click on Invoice to get detailed instructions)

Invoice Generation

  • While logged in, your invoice is available by selecting the submenu Payment & invoice.
  • Acquitted invoice will be available once payment has been recorded on the BRG bank account.
  • Acquitted invoices will be provided upon request by email.

How to Reconfirm Your Participation?

In the event booking you can cancel the registration in the submenu Registration & status under Manage registration.
