Extended Abstract Submission (After Abstract Approval)

Once your abstract is approved, you will be invited to submit a Extended Abstract Submission.

Extended Abstract Submission Guidelines

๐Ÿ”ดExtended abstract is not a full paper and will only be included in the conference booklet distributed to participants.

๐Ÿ”ดFor oral presentations, an Extended Abstract is mandatory. If you prefer to send your full paper instead of an extended abstract, please just ensure that it does not exceed 3 pages.

๐Ÿ”ดFor poster presentations, an extended abstract is not required, but we strongly encourage you to submit one. This way, your work will not only be presented during the poster session but also included in the conference booklet, giving it greater visibility to all participants, including those who may not be able to see your poster in person.

For sending your Extended Abstract, please download the template here:

โš  Attention: Please send us the Word file as well as the PDF file of your extended abstract.

โ€ข There is no specific format required beyond the template provided.
โ€ข Authors are free to include as much or as little detail as they wish within these 3 pages.

โœ…Once completed, Please send your Extended Abstract to:

๐Ÿ“ฉ biomolecules-contact@univ-lorraine.fr

๐Ÿ—“๏ธ Deadline: Extended abstracts should be submitted by June 30, 2026

๐Ÿ”ดThe extended abstract is not a full paper and will only be included in the conference booklet distributed to participants. Since the booklet has no ISBN, ISSN, DOI, or indexing, submission of an extended abstract does not count as prior publication and will not prevent later submission of the full paper to a peer-reviewed journal โ€” but please check the policy of your target journal to be certain. Even if you prefer to send us your full paper (limited to 3 pages), you will still be able to publish it later in a peer-reviewed journal, subject to the journalโ€™s policy.
