Poster Abstract Submission – Important Information

Submit Your Abstract

Students who wish to present their project or research during the Training School are invited to submit a short abstract for a poster presentation.

All abstracts will be displayed as posters during the networking session.

The Best Poster Award will be evaluated during the Training School, based on scientific quality, clarity, and engagement during the poster session.

Please note that the abstract submission is only intended to help us estimate the number of posters to prepare space for.
• There is no evaluation process for abstract acceptance.
• There is no strict deadline for submission.
• Even if you inform us a few days before the event that you would like to present a poster, you are welcome to do so. You may simply bring your printed poster to the event.

Poster Guidelines

Poster Presentations – Practical Information
👉 Format: Posters must be prepared in A0 or A1 size, in portrait (vertical) orientation.
👉 Template: There is no mandatory template. Participants are free to design and structure their poster according to their own preferences.
👉 Printing: Participants are responsible for printing and bringing their own posters.
👉 Display: Posters will be displayed on grids provided by the organizers.
👉 Set-up & Removal:
• Posters should be set up on Monday morning during registration.
• Posters must be removed on Wednesday afternoon, as the coffee break room will change for the last day (as indicated on the Scientific Program page).
👉 Poster Sessions:
Poster discussions will take place during the coffee breaks. Presenters are encouraged to stand by their posters and interact with participants.
These sessions are indicated as 🔴 Coffee Break & Poster Presentation on the Scientific Program page.
Best Poster Award – Evaluation
The Best Poster Award will be presented at the end of the Training School on Thursday.
• The evaluation will take place during the event, based on poster presentation and interaction during the poster sessions.
• There is no evaluation prior to the event, and no pre-selection process.
• All participants are welcome to bring and present a poster.

Best Poster Award

The Best Poster Award will be presented at the end of the Training School to recognize outstanding scientific quality, clarity of presentation, and engagement during the Poster Session. The winners will receive a special reward for the Best Poster Award.
