How to register?

To register for an event, you first need to create a personal user account on our website. This account allows you to register for all current and future events hosted by the Bioencapsulation Research Group.

Step 1: Create Your User Account

If you don’t have an account yet, please visit our registration page and complete the sign-up form.

Verify Your Email Address

Important: You will need to verify your email address before you can log in and access your account.

Step 2: Log In to Your Account

Once your account is active, log in to access the Member Area. Here you can:

  • Register for upcoming events
  • View your past event registrations
  • Update your contact, profile, and login information
  • Manage your newsletter preferences

Step 3: Register for an Event

In the event list, select the event you'd like to attend and begin the registration process. You’ll be able to:

  • Choose your participant class
  • Select your preferred meal option / nutrition form
  • Indicate if you will attend the conference dinner

🎓 Student Scholarships & Participation

The Bioencapsulation Research Group (BRG) offers a limited number of student scholarships that cover free registration for the 15th Microencapsulation Training School.

Eligibility Criteria

Ø Scholarships are awarded to students under 30 years old

(and exceptionally to young researchers from developing countries)

v A motivation letter detailing:

o   Their academic background

o   Current research topic and objectives

o   How attending the Training School will support their academic or professional development

Application Process

🏅 Selection:

Scholarships are awarded by the scientific committee, and their decision is final and non-negotiable.

Not Included

Transport to the venue and accommodation (must be booked separately).

How to Pay?

While logged in, select the Payment & invoice submenu in the event registration.

You may pay by:

  • Credit Card
  • Bank Transfer or Check drawn on a French Bank (Click on Invoice to get detailed instructions)

Invoice Generation

  • While logged in, your invoice is available by selecting the submenu Payment & invoice.
  • Acquitted invoice will be available once payment has been recorded on the BRG bank account.
  • Acquitted invoices will be provided upon request by email.

How to Reconfirm Your Participation?

In the event booking you can cancel the registration in the submenu Registration & status under Manage registration.

  • After making payment, you'll receive payment confirmation and an invitation letter by email within one week. This email confirms receipt of payment and participation. If you haven't received it within a week, please contact us. After receiving confirmation, log in to your profile and click on the event you registered for. In the Payment & Invoice menu, you'll find the invoice for your payment at the bottom, you can download it directly from your profile.
  • If you're paying by invoice, you can use the information in your profile. If you need a proforma invoice on headed letter with signature, please conatct us with your bill-to information, and we'll send you the required format.
  • You'll receive a general invitation letter by email within one week of payment confirmation. If this doesn't meet your requirements, and you need a special invitation letter for visa purposes or other specific needs, don't hesitate to contact us.
