We invite researchers and professionals to submit abstracts for poster presentations. Only selected authors with approved abstracts will be invited to submit a full paper.

The BRG is offering a limited number of scholarships covering free registration to:

🌍 Exceptionally, young researchers from developing countries

Submission Guidelines

Review Process for Abstract

  • All submitted abstracts will undergo a review process for poster presentation.
  • Authors will be notified of acceptance within one week.

Full Paper Submission (After Abstract Approval)

Once your abstract is approved, you will be invited to submit a full paper.

Only authors whose abstracts are accepted will be allowed to submit a full paper.

πŸ“¬ Confirmation of Submission

Authors will receive a confirmation email within 3 days after sending their full paper, as an acknowledgment that we have received it.
If you do not receive any confirmation, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Presentation Formats

  • Oral Presentations – Selected speakers will present in scientific sessions.

  • Each oral presentation is allocated a total of 15 minutes:

    • 12 minutes for the speaker’s presentation

    • 3 minutes for questions and discussion

    Speakers are kindly asked to strictly respect the 12-minute presentation time to ensure smooth session flow and allow for interaction.

    πŸ—“οΈ Deadline:
    All presenters are requested to submit their presentation slides by October 10, 2025.
    Slides should be sent in PowerPoint or PDF format to the following email address:

  • Poster Presentations – Displayed during dedicated networking sessions.

  • πŸ‘‰ Posters must be prepared in A0 format (84.1 Γ— 118.9 cm).

  • πŸ‘‰ Participants are responsible for printing and bringing their own posters.

  • Abstract Acceptance Notification: Within one week after submission
  • Full Paper Submission Deadline: September 30, 2025
