• Submit your abstract via the Abstract Submission Form

• To have your abstract included in the conference booklet, you must submit it no later than 🔴 October 10. Abstracts submitted after October 10, may still be accepted as posters, but they will not appear in the booklet.
• All submitted abstracts will undergo a review process for poster presentation.
• Authors will be notified of acceptance within 4 days. If you do not receive any confirmation, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Once your abstract is approved, you will be invited to submit a Extended Abstract Submission.

🔴Extended abstract is not a full paper and will only be included in the conference booklet distributed to participants.

🔴For oral presentations, an Extended Abstract is mandatory. If you prefer to send your full paper instead of an extended abstract, please just ensure that it does not exceed 3 pages.

🔴For poster presentations, an extended abstract is not required, but we strongly encourage you to submit one. This way, your work will not only be presented during the poster session but also included in the conference booklet, giving it greater visibility to all participants, including those who may not be able to see your poster in person.

Authors will receive a confirmation email within 4 days after sending their extended abstract, as an acknowledgment that we have received it.
If you do not receive any confirmation, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

• Oral Presentations – Selected speakers will present in scientific sessions.

• Each oral presentation is allocated a total of 15 minutes:

  • 12 minutes for the speaker’s presentation

  • 3 minutes for questions and discussion

  Speakers are kindly asked to strictly respect the 12-minute presentation time to ensure smooth session flow and allow for interaction.

  All presenters are requested to submit their presentation slides by October 17, 2025.

  Poster Presentations – Practical Information
• 👉 Posters must be prepared in A0 format (84.1 × 118.9 cm).

• 👉 Participants are responsible for printing and bringing their own posters.

• 👉 Posters will be displayed on grids provided by the organizers.
• 👉 Posters should be set up on Monday morning during registration and may be removed at departure.
• 👉 Poster sessions will take place during the coffee breaks, giving presenters the opportunity to stand by their posters and interact with participants. These times are indicated with 🔴Coffee Break & Poster Presentation on the Scientific Program page.
