Thank you for your interest in the 27th International Conference on Bioencapsulation! We are delighted to welcome you to our official registration portal. Below, you will find all the necessary details regarding registration, categories, fees, deadlines, payment methods, invoices, cancellations, and invitation letters.

If you are an exhibitor or sponsor, please first check Exhibitors & Sponsors for more information. After that, you can follow the instructions below to complete your registration.
How to register?
To register for an event, you first need to create a personal user account on our website. This account allows you to register for all current and future events hosted by the Bioencapsulation Research Group.
Step 1: Create Your User Account
If you don’t have an account yet, please visit our registration page and complete the sign-up form.
Verify Your Email Address
Important: You will need to verify your email address before you can log in and access your account.
Step 2: Log In to Your Account
Once your account is active, log in to access the Member Area. Here you can:
- Register for upcoming events
- View your past event registrations
- Update your contact, profile, and login information
- Manage your newsletter preferences
Step 3: Register for an Event
In the event list, select the event you'd like to attend and begin the registration process. You’ll be able to:
- Choose your participant class
- Select your preferred meal option / nutrition form
- Indicate if you will attend the conference dinner
Reduced Fees

🎓 Scholarship Opportunity for Non-European Students
The BRG is offering a limited number of scholarships covering free registration to:
🌍 Students under 30 years old
🌍 Exceptionally, young researchers from developing countries
To apply, applicants must submit:
• ✉️ A motivation letter outlining your academic background, research topic, and the expected impact of your research
📧 Submit it to: Submission@bioencapsulation.eu
• 📄 An abstract for a poster or oral presentation
🔗 Submit it via the Abstract Submission Form
📅 Deadline: September 1st, 2025
Scholarships are awarded by the Scientific Committee. Decisions are final and no feedback will be provided.
🔔 Important – Grant and Fee Reduction Policy
Please do not send any request for a grant or reduced registration fee if you are a permanent staff member.
These supports are strictly reserved for students and early-career researchers.
Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made — such requests will not be considered under any circumstance.

* Accompanying Person: Accompanying person registration is completed during participant registration. Please note:
- Accompanying persons do not have access to lecture/exhibition rooms, coffee breaks, or lunches.
- They may participate in the Gala Dinner upon payment.

What’s Included in Your Registration?

Not Included
Transport to the venue and accommodation (must be booked separately).

How to Pay?
While logged in, select the Payment & invoice submenu in the event registration.
You may pay by:
- Credit Card
- Bank Transfer or Check drawn on a French Bank (Click on Invoice to get detailed instructions)
Invoice Generation
- While logged in, your invoice is available by selecting the submenu Payment & invoice.
- Printable acquitted invoice will be available once payment has been recorded on the BRG bank account.
- Acquitted invoices will be provided on site to each participant at the registration desk.
How to Reconfirm Your Participation?
In the event booking you can cancel the registration in the submenu Registration & status under Manage registration.
