Your profile is visible to other participants and helps them choose meetings.

B2B Selection instructions

Please follow the instructions below for the B2B meeting selection, or refer to this visual guide (pdf) for a better understanding.

⚠️ Attention: the B2B platform is in your personal profile where you registered for the event. To access it, you should log in to your profile using the email address you used for registration.

How to Select Participants

- Click on a name to highlight it and view the profile (left column)
- Click “+” to add a participant
- Click “–” to remove
Your selection is saved automatically

Key Points

- Select up to 12 participants
- Meetings: 20 minutes each
- Up to 24 meetings scheduled

During the Event

You can request additional meetings at the front desk (subject to availability).
