B2B Meetings Instructions

After registration and payment confirmation, you can access the B2B section.

Your profile is visible to other participants and helps them choose meetings.

* Please complete it carefully
* You can update it at any time via Settings → Profile (in your account)

Access

- Log in: https://www.bioencapsulation.eu/login
- Go to the Convention Event page
- Open “B2B Selection”

How to Select Participants

- Click on a name to highlight it and view the profile (left column)
- Click “+” to add a participant
- Click “–” to remove
- Drag and drop names to set your priority
Your selection is saved automatically

Key Points

- Select up to 12 participants
- Meetings: 20 minutes each
- Up to 20 meetings scheduled
- Your selection is private

During the Event

You can request additional meetings at the front desk (subject to availability).
