Below, you will find all the necessary details regarding registration, categories, fees, deadlines, payment methods, invoices, cancellations, and invitation letters.

How to register?

To register for an event, you first need to create a personal user account on our website. This account allows you to register for all current and future events hosted by the Bioencapsulation Research Group.

⚠️Each participant is required to register individually using a unique email address to ensure proper badge preparation and inclusion in the participant list for networking purposes.

Step 1: Create Your User Account

If you don’t have an account yet, please visit our registration page and complete the sign-up form.

Verify Your Email Address

Important: You will need to verify your email address before you can log in and access your account.

Step 2: Log In to Your Account

Once your account is active, log in to access the Member Area. Here you can:

  • Register for upcoming events
  • View your past event registrations
  • Update your contact, profile, and login information
  • Manage your newsletter preferences

Step 3: Register for an Event

In the event list, select the event you'd like to attend and begin the registration process. You’ll be able to:

  • Choose your participant class
  • Select your preferred meal option / nutrition form

If you require a pro forma invoice, an invitation letter for visa purposes, or a confirmation of your payment, please feel free to contact us.

Registration Categories, Fees & Deadlines

Register early to take advantage of discounted rates!

* For each company, the first participant must register as a Main Exhibitor. Any additional participants from the same company should register as Co-Exhibitors.

⚠️ Accompanying Person:
Accompanying persons can register, but their registration only includes the Gala Dinner and the Afternoon Activities. They do not have access to the lecture rooms, exhibition areas. Please respect this policy during the event.

Not Included

Transport to the venue and accommodation (must be booked separately).

How to Pay?

While logged in, select the Payment & invoice submenu in the event registration.

You may pay by:

  • Credit Card
  • Bank Transfer or Check drawn on a French Bank (Click on Invoice to get detailed instructions)

Invoice Generation

  • Once your payment has been received and confirmed, your registration status will be updated to “Paid.” You can then log in to your account and download your invoice from the “Payment & Invoice” section.

    If this version is not sufficient and you require a customized invoice, please contact us.

How to Reconfirm or Cancel Your Participation?

You can manage or cancel your registration through the event booking system under “Registration & Status” in the “Manage Registration” section.
