🎤 Exhibitor Presentation – Instructions

Exhibiting companies are invited to give a short presentation during the Exhibitors Presentations scheduled in the Convention Program for Day 2 – Tuesday, June 9, from 10:00 to 10:30.

·       Duration: 3 minutes

·       Maximum: 3 slides

·       Purpose: Introduce your company and activities

·       Slides must be submitted before the the Exhibitors Presentations session and will be merged into a single presentation file

Exhibitors are kindly requested to send us a one-page A4 advertisement to be included in the convention booklet, as well as their high-resolution company logo and their website address, no later than 18 May 2026. 📩 Please send these materials to our email address: contact@bioencapsulation.eu
